Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Vascoh LLC ("Vascoh," "Crewendo," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Crewendo website and Services. We act as a service provider to our restoration-contractor clients and also process information about our own prospects and website visitors.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone number, and details you share when you contact us, request a demo, or become a client.
- Client and end-customer data: when we operate lead-response and booking services for a client, we process information about that client's prospective customers (such as name, phone number, address, and the nature of their service request) on the client's behalf.
- Call and message data: call recordings, transcripts, and SMS content generated by our AI lead-response and follow-up tools, used to qualify and book jobs and to improve service quality.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage data: standard log and analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected when you use our website.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services and deliver booked jobs to clients.
- To answer, qualify, book, and follow up on leads on behalf of clients.
- To process payments and manage billing.
- To communicate with you about your account, demos, and support.
- To analyze and improve our website, marketing, and service performance using anonymized and aggregated data.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments; voice/telephony and AI providers such as Vapi, Twilio, and Anthropic; cloud hosting; scheduling and CRM tools), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Our clients, where we are processing leads and booked jobs on their behalf.
- Legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Call Recording & Communications
Our Services may record and transcribe calls and store SMS messages for quality, training, and booking purposes. Where we operate a client's phone line, the client is responsible for any disclosures and consents required by applicable law in their jurisdiction, and we provide tools and guidance to support compliance.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, or upon a valid request, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. For end-customer data we process on behalf of a client, please contact that client (the data controller); we will assist them in responding.

9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
